If you’re willing to help, then there is always a role we can use assistance with — whether it’s rating courses, enforcing the rules of our game or supporting tournament play.
SUPPORTING JUNIOR GOLFERS SINCE 1986
Each year, we strive to award a handful of deserving applicants a four-year scholarship. Recipients are those with exceptional academics, community involvement and love for the game of golf.
The DSGA is a non-profit organization, established in 1952, and provides an annual schedule of tournaments for men and women with an emphasis on competition according to the Rules of Golf, but also not losing sight of the camaraderie provided by this great game.
GAP celebrated its storied 125-year history by announcing a merger with the DSGA, effective Jan. 3, 2022. The exciting new partnership increased GAP’s membership to more than 90,000 golfers across parts of four states with nearly 200 event days annually. This partnership joined the two most recognizable organizations in the area together to continue to celebrate and expand on the long-standing golfing history of the First State.
