58th Delaware Open Qualifying: Heritage Shores

Rucinski and Robinson share medalist honors

Ryan Rucinski, an assistant professional at Wilmington Country Club, and Ron Robinson, an assistant professional at LuLu Country Club, carded rounds of 6-under-par 66 to share medalist honors in 58th Delaware Open Qualifying at Heritage Shores (par 72, 6,667 yards).

The low 43 players and ties earned a spot in the Championship proper. The day’s cut line stopped at 78 with a total of 46 players qualifying.

The 58th Delaware Open Championship will be contested at Bear Trap Dunes, Aug 21-22. The Open Championship is a 54-hole individual stroke play, three-day event. All players will play 18 holes on Day One. The low 36 scores and ties will advance to Day Two, when the final two rounds will be played.
