Eight flight winners take home prizes in 27-hole Challenge
A total of 84 teams headed to Bear Trap Dunes (par 72, 6,275 yards) for the Delaware 27-hole Challenge.
The day featured a format of nine holes of three formats: Scramble, Better Ball of Partners and Alternate Shot. Teams were flighted into one of eight flights based on team handicap. Pairs consisting of one professional and one amateur were divided evenly in two flights. All ties were broken were broken using the following order: Alternate shot total, Alternate shot + better ball total, etc.
On the day, professional Brian Bryson and Ron Jamarowicz shot 9-under-par 99 across the 27 holes. They topped the Pro-Am Flight 1.
