Philling the GAP: GAP Travel

Your golf game can travel. So can GAP. This member benefit allows for some exciting golf experiences in breathtaking locales. GAP’s inaugural overseas trip occurred in 2023 when the Association and its partner, Sullivan Golf Travel, brought a group of 30 GAP members to Southwest Ireland. Participants played Ballybunion Golf Club, Lahinch Golf Club, Old Head Golf Links, Tralee Golf Club and Waterville Golf Links. The trip also included four-star lodging accommodations and transportation to each course. And our Irish eyes are still smiling as GAP Travel heads to Northern Ireland Sept. 21-28. The trip includes seven nights in four-star hotels, including five rounds at the following venues: Portstewart Golf Club, Royal Portrush, Ballyliffin, Ardglass and Royal County Down.

  • GAP Travel isn’t limited to overseas excursions. A trip to Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina is scheduled for Feb. 29-March 3.
