If you didn’t hit the lottery for Super Bowl LII tickets, fret not. You can pursue the Golf Association of Philadelphia’s Member Play Days lottery for a chance to strike green gold.

Jericho National Golf Club (April 23)

Nestled in lovely New Hope, Pa., Jericho National is a Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry product known for dramatic bunkering and contoured greens. The presence of Jericho Mountain accentuates splendid surroundings.

The Ridge at Back Brook (April 30)

A Tom Fazio design that opened in 2002, The Ridge at Back Brook boasts a captivating course amid natural splendor. Its rustic clubhouse — a centerpiece perched on a ridge — provides panoramic vistas of the surrounding countryside.

Bluestone Country Club (May 7)

Undulating greens, strategic bunkering and water hazards highlight Bluestone’s makeup. Formerly Meadowlands Country Club, it is a William and David Gordon design located in beautiful Blue Bell, Pa.

Trenton Country Club (May 14)

Trenton oozes tradition. A 19th century manor house anchors a property formerly known as the Oaklands estate, once occupied by George Whitefield Woodruff, a U.S. District Attorney during John Adams’ presidency.

Radnor Valley Country Club (May 21)

The course at Radnor Valley, routed over attractively rolling terrain, opened in 1953. Today it offers a rewarding yet challenging track for any level of golfer.

Elkview Country Club (June 4)

A Donald Ross touch is evident in green complexes destined to thrill golfers of all skill levels. Elkview opens with a 400-plus yard par 5 bordered by trees and strengthened by slopes, setting the table for a splendid experience.

Country Club of Harrisburg (June 25)

The oldest established private club in Central Pennsylvania, the Country Club of Harrisburg is built on the foothills of the Blue Mountains, above the Susquehanna River in scenic Fishing Creek Valley. The timeless William Flynn design deserves firsthand inspection.

Talamore Country Club (July 9)

With six sets of tees to offer, Talamore caters to every type of golfer and checks both the fun and challenge boxes. It’s perhaps best known for a low country club feel complete with expansive wetlands and native areas unique to the Ambler, Pa. area.

Whitford Country Club (July 16)

Nestled in the heart of Chester County, Whitford is a William Gordon creation with plenty to offer. A healthy dose of doglegs delivers delight and demand to those on the tee.

Huntingdon Valley Country Club (Aug. 6)

William Flynn’s handiwork is evident among 27 carefully crafted holes in the vibrant Huntingdon Valley, Pa. landscape. Huntingdon Valley is consistently ranked on Golfweek Magazine’s Top 100 Classic Courses.

Schuylkill Country Club (Aug. 20)

A true hidden gem, Schuylkill is blessed by the Donald Ross touch. Experience exquisite greens on a 166-acre property that cries charm and captivation.

Fox Hill Country Club (Sept. 10)

Fox Hill presents a terrific A.W. Tillinghast track that transcends time. Recent renovations reinvigorated terrain tucked in the small town of Exeter, Pa.

Hidden Creek Golf Club (Sept. 18)

Hidden Creek is a heathland-style golf course located in the pines of South Jersey shore. Sculpted out of 750 acres of aged woodlands and adorned with gently rolling hills, it offers bent grass fairways, strategically positioned bunkers and subtle green contours.

Sea Oaks Golf Club (Sept. 27)

Encompassing more than 163 acres of natural terrain in the Pine Barrens, Sea Oaks is a Ray Hearn design that integrates inherent features with creative concepts. Make it a complete golf trip by taking advantage of the club’s on-site lodging.

Brookside Country Club of Allentown (Oct. 3)

Brookside Country Club of Allentown, originally designed by Frank Meehan, features manicured greens dispersed across gently rolling land. Natural elements such as the Swabia Creek weave through the course, adding to an already majestic appeal in the mountainside.

Hershey Country Club — West (Oct. 8)

Designed by Maurice McCarthy in 1930, Hershey’s West Course is a traditional 18-hole course sweet on style and substance. Savor the gooey goodness as each hole offers bird’s-eye views of the town of Hershey.

A lottery system determines entrants for GAP Member Play Days. All lotteries close on a Sunday. Drawings take place on Monday; winners are notified via e-mail during business hours. Each selected winner then has 48 hours to accept or decline his or her spot(s) via My GAP Locker.

A GAP Member Play Day participant may request positions for up to four individuals.

GAP Member Play Days are open to all amateur (male/female/juniors ages 14 and older) Golf Association of Philadelphia individual members with a valid GAP/USGA Handicap. Each participant can play in an event that awards prizes in various flights.

A net Stableford scoring system is used. Points are awarded for each hole based on a score relative to par. In a Stableford system event, once you meet your net limit, you can pick up, so there is no pressure to complete every hole. Each Member Play Day event features a shotgun start.
