GAP welcomes Jewett to support team

Brad Jewett joins GAP as its Director of Customer Support.

In this role, Jewett will assist and accommodate all GAP members by managing customer support outlets in the World Handicap System, GHIN and the Golf Genius Tournament Management platform.

“I’m very excited to join the GAP staff and to contribute alongside an awesome culture created by all of the employees here,” Jewett, 25, of Chester Springs, Pa., said. “From the interview to my first day on the job, I’ve heard so many incredible things regarding GAP and the staff here. I’m very fortunate to be a part of this group. I look forward to being an asset that my colleagues, GAP members and Member Clubs can rely on and trust.”

The new role is an enhancement of GAP’s commitment to customer support for its over 100,000 members and 340 Member Clubs.

“With the unprecedented growth of GAP in the last five years, we wanted to make sure that we continued to provide our top level of service and support to all members,” Mario Machi, GAP Director of Member Services, said. “Brad’s personality and attention to detail will be a great asset in this position for us, and we look forward to him being that first line of support for our membership.”

A Downingtown East High School alum, Jewett graduated from Penn State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications. He served an internship in Penn State Brandywine’s athletic department. Jewett contributed toward gameday operations, marketed athletic events and oversaw social media platforms.
