Elmhurst’s Pabsts prevail on home turf

The Elmhurst faithful witnessed a pair of their own prevail at home in the 27th Over/Under 50 Tournament.

William Pabst, Sr. and his son Billy carded a 7-under-par 65 Monday at their Elmhurst home (par 72, 6,233 yards). The father and son duo edged the team of Ken Bolcavage of Elkview Country Club and David Mecca of Wemberly Hills Golf Club by a stroke.

The Over/Under 50 Tournament pairs a player 50 years of age or older with a player 50 years of age or younger.
