Four teams grab hardware at Spring Classic

The first four champions of the 2026 Delaware season were crowned Tuesday after the Spring Classic at Baywood Greens (par 72, 6,198 yards).

The competitors teed off at Kings Creek Country Club Monday and Baywood Greens Tuesday in a 36-hole Net Stableford competition. The team total score is calculated with the combined total of points earned by both players during the round.

The flights are based on handicap indexes. The following teams won its respective flights.

First Flight: Andrew Hess, Odessa National Golf Club & Jason Hurlock, Frog Hollow Golf Club, 144 points

Second Flight: Jon Miller & Shane Miller, Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club, 147 points

Third Flight: Matthew Miller & Vinny Castrovinci, Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club, 141 points

Fourth Flight: Otto Juhl, Newark Country Club & Scott Huff, USGA/GAP GC, 145 points
