Amateur Kie Shaw of Rock Manor Golf Club fired a 4-under-par 68 to take medalist honors Monday in 61st Delaware Open Qualifying at Odessa National Golf Club (par 72, 6,601 yards).

The low 23 players and ties earned a spot in the Championship proper. The day’s cut line stopped at 74 with a total of 24 players qualifying.
The 61st Delaware Open Championship will be contested at DuPont Country Club (DuPont) Aug. 25-26. The Delaware Open Championship is a 54-hole individual stroke play, two-day event. All players will play 18 holes on Day One. The low 36 scores and ties will advance to Day Two, when the final two rounds will be played.
