Winter Series registration opens for three events

Registration for the second slate of the 2022-23 Winter Series is now open. Below is the schedule:

The first event at Pennsauken will feature a better-ball-of-partners format ($150 per team), while the other two are individual stablefords.

Cost is $40 per person per event, plus a $35 cart fee per event. Entrants are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The format for each event is individual gross and net stableford, with a field size of 88.

There is potential for more Winter Series events to be added. Stay tuned for any schedule additions via gapgolf.org.

The Winter Series is open to all GAP members 18 years of age or older, Philadelphia PGA Section members and golf professionals of GAP Member Clubs. It began in 2008 as a way to offer players of any skill level an opportunity to compete in tournament golf during the normally quiet, offseason months.

The Winter Series features a Player of the Year competition in the following categories: Men’s Gross, Women’s Gross, Men’s Net, Women’s Net, Men’s Senior Gross, Men’s Senior Net.
