WEST CHESTER, Pa. — GAP (the Golf Association of Philadelphia) formally honored its 2019 tournament winners during the organization’s 15th Player’s Dinner at Radley Run Country Club.

Elmhurst Country Club’s Billy Pabst, Jr. accepted the Junior Sportsperson of the Year Award.
