Warner Cup (Gross) at Bent Creek CC (par 71, 6,461 yards)… Won the Chapman Memorial Cup (Gross) with a 2-under-par 68 at his home track, Overbrook GC (par 70, 6,497 yards)… Overcame a late double-bogey and a resilient Ed Chylinski of Chester Valley GC to take the 37th Senior Amateur Championship at Waynesborough CC (par 71, 6,625 yards) with a two-round score of 141 (70-71)… Those three victories also earned Thompson the 2007 Senior Silver Cross Award as well as Senior Player of the Year honors.
