GAP will conduct a Rules of Golf seminar on Saturday, March 12 at Rolling Green Golf Club.

Cost is $60 per person. It includes continental breakfast, lunch, beverages (soda, water, coffee) and a Rules of Golf book.
The Rules of Golf seminar is open to any individual whom is fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Registrants must show proof of vaccination upon check-in. The deadline to register is Friday, March 4.
Tom Carpus, a tour official on PGA TOUR Champions, and David Staebler, USGA Director of Rules Education, will serve as the event’s featured instructors. Carpus, a former golf professional of Kennett Square Golf & Country Club (1999-2017), joined the PGA of America Rules Committee in 1995, serving as its president from 2016-17. Staebler, a member of the USGA staff since 2007, is a longtime GAP volunteer and Rolling Green member.

Celebrating Amateur Golf since 1897, GAP, also known as the Golf Association of Philadelphia, is the oldest regional or state golf association in the United States. It serves as the principal ruling body of amateur golf in its region. The Association’s 330 Member Clubs and 90,000 individual members are spread across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland. The GAP’s mission is to promote, preserve and protect the game of golf.
