History

Founded in 1925, Towanda Golf Club has served golfers in Towanda, Pennsylvania, for more than a century. Nestled in the scenic Endless Mountains, the club combines beautiful natural surroundings with an enjoyable championship layout, making it a favorite destination for both members and public golfers. Today, Towanda Golf Club continues to provide outstanding golf, welcoming hospitality, and a tradition of community that has endured for generations.

A Championship Course in the Endless Mountains

Towanda Golf Club features an 18-hole, par-71 championship course that winds through the rolling hills of Bradford County. The layout measures approximately 6,000 yards and offers multiple teeing options, creating an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all skill levels. As a result, players experience a course that rewards accuracy, thoughtful course management, and consistent shot-making.

Flowing creeks, mature woodlands, and the natural beauty of the Endless Mountains define the course and create a peaceful setting for every round. In addition, the club hosts tournaments, leagues, outings, and one of the area’s longest-running annual invitationals. Golfers can also enjoy a full-service golf shop, practice opportunities, and welcoming clubhouse amenities.

Today, Towanda Golf Club remains a gathering place for golfers across Northern Pennsylvania. Members and guests enjoy championship golf, dining at The Grouse Tap Room & Grille, and a full calendar of leagues and social events.
