Lancaster Country Club

Lancaster Country Club traces its roots to 1900, when a group of local golfers came together to establish a club dedicated to the growing game of golf. The original course quickly earned praise, and as membership expanded, the club looked for an opportunity to create an even greater golfing experience.

In 1920, Lancaster Country Club moved to its present location in Lancaster Township. Shortly afterward, renowned golf course architect William Flynn designed a new championship layout that blended naturally with the property’s rolling farmland. His thoughtful routing and strategic design principles created a course that has stood the test of time while remaining enjoyable for golfers of every skill level. Today, Flynn’s work continues to define the club’s identity.

The 18-hole championship course showcases many of the characteristics that made William Flynn one of America’s most respected golf course architects.
