Handicap-posting season opens April 1

The wait is over.

The active handicap-posting season — and the official golf season — in the GAP Region is open beginning on Wednesday, April 1. Posting eligibility in the region will end Nov. 14, 2026.

Scores are to be posted to your handicap record, presuming they’re in accordance with the Rules of Handicapping and the Rules of Golf, if they are played in active-posting regions.

New this year, GAP Members can compete in a revolving slate of net competitions on their schedule via GHIN Challenges. Challenges periods remain available for approximately six weeks a select public GAP Member Clubs. Visit the GHIN Challenges webpage for more information and to enroll in a challenge.
