Four teams grab hardware at Spring Classic

The first four champions of the 2025 Delaware season were crowned Tuesday after the Spring Classic at Kings Creek Country Club (par 71, 6,121 yards).

The competitors teed off at Kings Creek Country Club Monday in a 18-hole Net Stableford competition. The team total score is calculated with the combined total of points earned by both players during the round.

The flights are based on handicap indexes. The following teams won its respective flights.

First Flight: Ian Whitehead-Scanlon and Gary Weitzman (pictured), Kings Creek, 79 points

Second Flight: Mike and Ray Wankmiller, USGA/GAP GC, 77 points

Third Flight: Art Young and Guy Wharton, White Clay Creek Country Club and DuPont Country Club, 80 points

Fourth Flight: Sidd Pai and Jeff Oakes, USGA/GAP GC, 80 points
