GAP canceled a pair of Pre-Junior events: July 7 at Philadelphia Cricket Club (St. Martins), July 12 at Flourtown Country Club.
It will offer Pre-Junior events in 2022.
The Pre-Junior Event is open to individuals 11 years of age or younger who are members of a GAP Member Club. It includes a Rules of Golf presentation, six holes of golf and lunch. Prizes are awarded. The Pre-Junior serves as an educational tool for younger players interested in the game of golf.

It serves as the principal ruling body of amateur golf in its region.
