Philling The GAP

The Philling the GAP forerunner? The Philling the GAP OG? Maybe one — or none, if you’re a skeptic — of these characterizations applies to GAP Corner, a monthly email distribution to GAP Member Clubs. The concept is somewhat identical. GAP Corner occasionally includes information regarding a GAP service. It features three GAP newsbytes and a custom, full-page house advertisement. GAP Member Clubs can then use this information for their respective newsletters. Pull, plug and display. GAP Corner, like Philling the GAP, keeps Member Clubs, and the members within, informed of GAP happenings.

  • GAP Corner started in 2010.
  • In 2017, GAP Corner added a custom-made graphic to its distribution materials. GAP Member Clubs can request specific sizes to fit their respective newsletter needs.
  • GAP Corner is distributed during the third week of every month, but will meet any newsletter deadlines as requested.
  • For any questions regarding GAP Corner, contact Tony Regina, GAP Assistant Communications Director, at tregina@gapgolf.org

The GAP’s mission is to promote, preserve and protect the game of golf.
