All the golfing ladies (all the golfing ladies). All the golfing ladies (all the golfing ladies). Put your hands on the keyboard and take advantage of GAP playing opportunities. In 2019, the Association, as part of an effort to expand its programming for women, added a pair of events to the tournament calendar: the Women’s Spring Scramble (Aug. 20 at Lehigh Country Club) and Mixed Foursomes Championships (Sept. 22 at Overbrook Golf Club). New in 2020, females are eligible to participate in the Four-Player Team, set for June 11 at Moselem Springs Golf Club. GAP continues to offer opportunities for all the golfing ladies.

  • GAP created a Women’s Committee in 2018 to promote women’s golf through improved communication and to increase women’s programming.
  • Don’t forget about Member Play Days. Female GAP members are eligible to compete in these one-day, Stableford scoring events.
  • Junior female members of GAP can participate in events, too. These include the Deeg Sezna, Francis X. Hussey Memorial, Jock MacKenzie Memorial and the Pre-Junior Event.
  • GAPTV produced a video package that outlines additions to GAP women’s programming in 2019.
