The Golf Association of Philadelphia is pleased to be able to offer seven training sessions this year for clubs to learn about the new USGA Tournament Management system, powered by Golf Genius. Each session will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and last until around 3 p.m. There is no cost to attend and lunch will be provided, free of charge.
The morning session will consist of GAP staff taking attendees through the new program step-by-step as we set up a few sample events. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and then after lunch, we'll continue the training with individual work. We encourage all attendees to bring a tablet or a laptop to be able to follow along and receive individual instruction in the afternoon session.
Because of our desire to work individually with attendees, the maximum size for each session is being kept to 30 attendees per seminar. We will also be offering PGA professionals the opportunity to earn MSR credits for attending.
