Caddie-Scholar financials
• There are 190 Caddie-Scholars receiving benefits from the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholarship Trust.
• $1.15 million in grants will be distributed during the school year.
• The maximum grant amount is $10,000.
• The amount of an average grant is $7,382.
• Forty-seven of our caddie-scholars have their unmet need completely covered by a Platt scholarship.
• There is still more than $1.4 million in unmet need for Caddie-Scholars after taking Platt grants into account. We will cover 43 percent of our caddies' unmet need in 2016-17.
• Thirty-four of our caddie-scholars have no financial need and are therefore classified as Honorary Caddie-Scholars.
• The cumulative GPA of our Caddie-Scholars is 3.2.

Colleges & Universities
• Platt caddie-scholars currently attend 75 different colleges or universities.
• The school with the most Platt caddie-scholars is Penn State’s University Park campus, with 28. There are 35 Penn State JWP scholars total, counting PSU branch campuses.
