Steven Altieri of Hopewell Valley Golf Club, a freshman at Franklin & Marshall University, finished as runner-up in the Muhlenberg Invitational Sept. 30 at Lehigh Country Club. Altieri, of Skillman, N.J., carded a 75 to propel the Diplomats to a runner-up finish as well.
Mike Amole of Huntingdon Valley Country Club, a junior at Temple University, posted the best round of his collegiate career in The Doc Glimmer Sept. 14-15 at Bethpage’s Red Course in Farmingdale, N.Y. Amole, of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., carded a 5-under-par 65 to place tied for 25th overall.
Zach Arsenault of Little Mill Country Club, a sophomore at Alvernia University, holds a 77.5 scoring average through four events in the fall. He posted three Top 10 finishes, including a tie for fifth place in the Franklin & Marshall Invitational Sept. 23 at Bent Creek Country Club. He earned a half a point in the John Yocum Challenge Cup — a two-day match play event against Albright College.
Rob Bass of Sandy Run Country Club, a senior at Cabrini College, led his team in scoring during the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic Oct. 5-6 at Bridges Golf Club in Abbottsford, Pa. Bass, of Lafayette Hill, Pa. carded rounds of 78 and 79 to finish tied for 22nd individually.
Alex Blickle of LedgeRock Golf Club, a junior at Kenyon College, led the Lords in scoring at two events this fall. Blickle, of Wernersville, Pa., tied for 11th in the Transylvania Fall Invitational Sept. 7-8 in Lexington, Ky. after rounds of 72 and 75. He tied for third in the BSN Fall Invitational Sept. 28-29 at Mount Vernon Country Club in Mount Vernon, Ohio with rounds of 70 and 80.
Ted Brennan of Philadelphia Country Club, a junior at Villanova University, placed tied for 38th individually in the Turning Stone-Tiger Intercollegiate Sept. 1-2 at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, N.Y. Brennan, of Newtown Square, Pa., followed a pair of 75s with a 77 to lead the Wildcats in scoring. He carded consecutive 76s after an opening 73 in The Adams Cup Sept. 16-17 at Newport National Golf Club in Newport, R.I. Brennan also fared well in the Lehigh University Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club Oct. 27-28. He placed tied for 14th with rounds of 80 and 78.
Charles Cai of Mercer Oaks Golf Course, a freshman at Dartmouth University, tied for ninth in the Bucknell Fall Invitational Sept. 14-15 at Bucknell Golf Course in Lewisburg, Pa. Cai, of West Windsor, N.J., carded rounds of 72, 73 and 77. Sept. 21-22 the Cornell Invitational at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Ithaca, N.Y.
Ashley Cassidy of Commonwealth National Golf Club, a freshman at the University of Cincinnati, placed tied for 34th in the FIU Pat Bradley Invitational Oct. 21-22 in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. Cassidy, of Doylestown, Pa., carded rounds of 74, 72 and 81.
Benjamin Cooley of Huntingdon Valley Country Club, a junior at the University of Pennsylvania, paced the Quakers in the Temple Invitational Oct. 12-13 at Philmont Country Club. Cooley, of Rydal, Pa. carded rounds of 71 and 75 to finish tied for 16th individually.
Christopher Crawford of Spring Mill Country Club, a sophomore at Drexel University, won the Cornell Invitational Sept. 21-22 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. Crawford, of Bensalem, Pa. carded rounds of 71, 70 and 69 to earn his third collegiate victory. He earned CAA Co-Golfer of the Week honors for his effort. He also led the Dragons in scoring in three other events. In the Leo Keenan Invitational Sept. 15-17 at Bartlett Country Club in Olean, N.Y., Crawford tied for 11th overall with consecutive 74s. He filed a 7 over 223-total to give Drexel a 17th place finish. Crawford carded rounds of 79, 67 and 71 to place tied for 27th in the OBX Invitational Oct. 20-22 at Kilmarlic Golf Club in Powells Point, N.C.
Matthew Crescenzo of Philmont Country Club, a senior at Temple University, led the Owls in scoring at The Adams Cup Sept. 16-17. Crescenzo, of Cheltenham, Pa., carded a 6 over 222-total to tie for 11th at Newport National Golf Club in Newport, R.I. He finished fifth in the Barnabas Health Intercollegiate Oct. 20-21 at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, N.J. with rounds of 69 and 75.
Brandon Dalinka of The Ridge at Back Brook, a junior at the University of North Carolina, finished tied for fourth overall in the Tar Heel Intercollegiate Sept. 13-15 at UNC Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill, N.C. Dalinka, of Newtown, Pa., registered a 2 under 214-total to led the Tar Heels. He also contributed to the Tar Heels victory in the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate Oct. 26-27 at Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro, N.C. Dalinka cracked the Top 10 with rounds of 73 and 71.
Christopher Fuga of Phoenixville Country Club, a junior at Coker College, led the Cobras in scoring at three events this fall. Fuga, of Phoenixville, Pa., carded rounds of 72 and 78 in the Smoky Mountain Intercollegiate Sept. 9-10 in Sevierville, Tenn. He placed tied for ninth in the Kiawah Island Invitational in Kiawah Island, S.C. Sept. 15-16. Fuga followed a 67 with a 77. He carded rounds of 70, 73 and 74 in the Aflac/Cougar Invitational in Columbus, Ga. Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
Emily Gimpel of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club, a senior at the University of Maryland, led the Terps in scoring at the Cougar Classic Sept. 8-10 in Hanahan, S.C. Gimpel, of Lafayette Hill, Pa., followed a 76 with consecutive 75s to place tied for 50th individually.
Joseph Gunerman of Jericho National Golf Club, a junior at Towson University, won the individual title in the Navy Fall Invitational Sept. 7-8 at the US Naval Academy Golf Club in Annapolis, Md. Gunerman, of Yardley, Pa., defeated TJ McNulty of Saint Joseph’s University in a playoff after carding consecutive 4-under-par 67s in regulation.
Nelson Hargrove of Merion Golf Club, a senior at Brown University, led the Bears in scoring at two events this fall. Hargrove, of Haverford, Pa., finished 21st individually in the Macdonald Cup Oct. 6-7 at Yale Golf Course in New Haven, Conn. He posted scores of 74, 71 and 70. Hargrove placed sixth in the Temple Invitational at Philmont Country Club Oct. 12-13 with rounds of 74 and 69.
Craig Hornberger of Lancaster Country Club, a freshman at Campbell University, earned runner-up honors in his collegiate debut. Hornberger, of Lancaster, Pa., carded rounds of 73, 72 and 70 in the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational Sept. 23-24 at Colorado National Golf Club in Erie, Colo. He was named Big South Conference men’s golf freshman of the week as a result of his performance.
Alex Hicks of Wildwood Golf & Country Club, a junior at William & Mary College, is breaking school records this fall. Hicks, of Cape May Court House, N.J., earned co-runner-up honors in the Joe Feaganes’ Marshall Invitational at Guyan Golf & Country Club Sept. 9-10. His 5 under 208-total is the best in William & Mary history for a par 71 event and tied for fourth overall among all tournaments. Hicks won the individual title in the Joe Agee Invitational Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at The Williamsburg Club. He carded a tournament record 14 under 199-total, which included an ace on the par 3, 170-yard No. 5. Hicks set a Tribe record for the best 36-hole score at 10 under. His 199 ties the William & Mary record for a 54-hole tournament. For his aforementioned efforts, Hicks earned CAA Co-Golfer of the Week and Golfer of the Week honors, respectively.
Chas Hudacek of Glenmaura National Golf Club, a senior at the University of Scranton, was named Empire 8 Player of the Week Sept. 30. Hudacek, of Moosic, Pa., carded a 76 to help the Royals turn back King’s College, 318-339, and Wilkes University, 318-377, at Glenmaura National Golf Club Sept. 25. Hudacek fired a season-low round of even-par 72 to capture medalist honors as Scranton remained undefeated (6-0) in dual-match competition with a 297-303 victory over Marywood University at the Scranton Municipal Golf Course Sept. 27. Hudacek is currently averaging 77.00 strokes per round this year and 78.31 in his career.
Greg Jarmas of Overbrook Golf Club, a senior at Princeton University, led the Tigers in scoring at two events this fall. Jarmas, of Wynnewood, Pa., carded rounds of 77, 68 and 73 in the Brickyard Collegiate Oct. 4-6 at The Brickyard at Riverside in Macon, Ga. He placed tied for 16th in the Temple Invitational Oct. 12-13 at Philmont Country Club with consecutive 73s.
Michael Johnson of Talamore Country Club, a senior at La Salle University, led the Explorers in scoring at three events this fall. Johnson, of Ambler, Pa., carded rounds of 76, 75 and 70 in the Turning Stone-Tiger Intercollegiate Sept. 1-2 at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, N.Y. He finished 16th in the Temple Invitational Oct. 12-13 at Philmont Country Club with a 6 over 146-total. Johnson cracked the Top 10 in the Barnabas Health Intercollegiate Oct. 20-21 at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, N.J. with rounds of 70 and 76.
Aurora Kan of Hartefeld National, a junior at Purdue University, won the individual title in the Butler Fall Invitational Oct. 7-8 at Highland Country Club in Indianapolis, Ind. Kan, of Boothwyn, Pa., carded consecutive 1 over 71s to earn his first collegiate victory and to lead the Boilermakers to the team crown. For her efforts, Kan was named the Big Ten Women’s Golfer of the Week.
Luke Liddell of Torresdale-Frankford Country Club, a junior at Rider University, led the Broncos in scoring at the Jasper Invitational Oct. 14 at Huntington Country Club in Huntington, N.Y. Liddell, of Philadelphia, Pa., carded a 6-over-par 76 to finish tied for seventh.
Brandon Matthews of Glenmaura National Golf Club, a sophomore at Temple University, continues to excel at the collegiate level. Matthews, of Dupont, Pa., tied for third overall in The Doc Glimmer Sept. 14-15 at Bethpage Red in Farmingdale, N.Y. He finished with a 5 under 210-total. Matthews filed a 4 under 212-total, including a 67 in the final round, to finish as runner-up in the Hartford Hawk Invitational Sept. 23-24 at Bull’s Bridge Golf Club in South Kent, Conn. He placed third overall in the Wolfpack Intercollegiate Oct. 7-8 at Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh, N.C. after rounds of 67, 68 and 72. In the Temple Invitational Oct. 12-13 at Philmont Country Club, Matthews posted rounds of 68 and 73 to finish fourth overall. He closed the fall campaign with a victory in the Barnabas Health Intercollegiate Oct. 20-21 at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, N.J. He followed a 2-under-par 70 with a 5-under-par 67 to earn medalist honors for the fourth time in his collegiate career.

Edward McCrossen of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club, a senior at Georgetown University, posted his best collegiate round in the Cobra PUMA Invitational at Miromar Lakes Golf Club in Miromar Lakes, Calif. Oct. 27-28. McCrossen, of Philadelphia, Pa., followed an opening round of 77 with consecutive 73s to place 30th individually.
Daniel Myers of French Creek Golf Club, a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University, led the Hawks in scoring at the Georgetown Intercollegiate Oct. 20-22 at the Members Club at Four Streams in Beallsville, Md. Myers, of West Chester, Pa., tied for 43rd with rounds of 73, 80 and 75.
Marc Oliveri of Lancaster Country Club, a freshman at the University of Delaware, led the Blue Hens in scoring at the OBX Invitational Oct. 20-22 at Kilmarlic Golf Club in Powells Point, N.C. Oliveri, of Lancaster, Pa., followed rounds of 85 and 72 with a 2-under-par 69 to tie for 63rd place.
Zachary Pogust of The ACE Club, a junior at Bucknell University, placed tied for 37th in the Donald Ross Intercollegiate Oct. 14-15 at Mimosa Hills Country Club in Morganton, N.C. Pogust, of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., carded rounds of 71, 74 and 72 to lead the Bisons in scoring.
Justin Smith of Huntingdon Valley Country Club, a sophomore at La Salle University, led the Explorers in scoring at the Rutgers Invitational Sept. 14-15. Smith, of Jenkintown, Pa., placed 12th with rounds of 71, 74 and 72.
Kelsey Solan of Burlington Country Club, a sophomore at James Madison University, placed tied for 47th in the UNCG Starmount Fall Classic Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at Starmount Forest Country Club in Greensboro, N.C. Solan, of Lumberton, N.J., filed a 22-over 235 total.
T.J. Summers of Commonwealth National Golf Club, a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University, led the Hawks in scoring in the Hartford Hawk Invitational Sept. 23-24 at Bull’s Bridge Golf Club in South Kent, Conn. Summers, of Doylestown, Pa., carded rounds of 80, 76 and 71, which included his first career ace on the event’s final hole (par 3, 195 yards).
Matthew Teesdale of Commonwealth National Golf Club, a junior at Temple University, experienced a wild finish during the Hartford Hawk Invitational Sept. 23-24 at Bull’s Bridge Golf Club in South Kent, Conn. Teesdale, of Maple Glen, Pa., stood at 2 over with three holes to play. He finished birdie, double eagle and eagle for a 4-under-par 68. Teesdale placed tied for 14th overall.
Oliver White of Manufacturers Golf & Country Club, a senior at Allegheny College, earned medalist honors in the Kenyon College Fall Invitational Sept. 28-29 at Mt. Vernon Country Club in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. White, of Lower Gwynedd, Pa., carded rounds of 74 and 71 to lead the Gators to victory. He was named North Coast Conference Athlete of the Week as a result. White also finished eighth individual in the Challenge of Mystic Rock at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pa. Oct. 7-8. He carded rounds of 73, 72 and 81.
